New-construction wiring

The cheapest time to wire anything is while the walls are open. New builds and major remodels are where we do our best work: whole-house wiring planned around how you’ll actually live, not the minimum the plans ask for.

That means outlets where furniture will really go, circuits sized for the kitchen you specced, deep boxes and neutrals everywhere so nothing is off the table later — and Cat6 pulled to the places TVs, access points, and cameras end up. If a smart home is in your plans, this is the stage that makes it clean; our smart home design and installation picks up exactly where the rough-in ends.

What this covers

  • Complete wiring for new homes and additions
  • Major remodel and gut-renovation wiring
  • Service installation and panel setup
  • Low-voltage rough-in: Cat6, camera and AP locations
  • Coordination with your builder and other trades, rough-in through trim-out

How it works

Send plans or a description through the quote form. We’ll review them, talk scope and price up front, and schedule around your builder’s timeline.

Straight answers

The questions we answer on every call.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. Tell us about the job through the quote form or by phone, and you get a clear price before any work is scheduled. No visit fee, no obligation.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully. Every job is performed by a licensed master electrician and covered by liability insurance — the license number is in the footer of this site, and we are happy to show current proof of insurance before work starts.

Will my job need a permit and inspection?

Panel work, new circuits, and most remodel wiring do — and that is a good thing. We tell you exactly what your job requires and quote with the permit and inspection in mind.

How soon can you get to my project?

Small service calls usually land within the week. Larger projects are scheduled once the price is agreed. If something cannot wait, call instead of filling out the form.

Do you handle smart home gear you did not install?

Usually, yes. We service and extend most major smart lighting, networking, and control systems, whoever installed them. If something is better replaced than repaired, we say so before touching it.
